Two colours. Each one earned.

So you know what matters, and what doesn't.

Red

Serious enough for a buyer to walk away over.

Amber

Something a buyer could use to cut the price, hold some back, pay some later, or ask you for extra promises.

No colour

Everything else, and anything too small to matter. You agree what counts as too small.

Value still to capture is shown separately, and never changes the colour. A missing document is a question, not a mark against you, unless it has already cost you something.

What you can rely on

Nothing you have to take on trust.

You can see why.

Every point shows which document or answer it came from, so you can check it yourself.

No colour on a hunch.

Red and amber are only used when the evidence backs them up.

Honest about what it doesn't know.

Anything not yet proven is marked that way. Anything it couldn't read, it tells you up front.

No blame.

It describes what an outsider would ask about, not who is at fault.
